These areas, privately held for many years, include the Ramelius purchase of $59,000,000 for Explaurum, representing a 66% premium bid. A recent $59,000,000 purchase of KIN Mining’s Bruno/Cardinia (ASX:KIN) and Lewis gold resources (0.6moz) by Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD) in the Leonora region highlights the value of LGM’s portfolio, which containing a large number of gold targets as defined by previous explorers that include CRA (Rio Tinto) and Magnetic Resources (ASX:MAU) and Genesis Minerals now drilling on the boundary with LGM’s Tower Hill Deeps as they look to progress approvals for the 1moz Tower Hill open cut.
